Hunted: The Demon's Forge to hybryda gry akcji i RPG umieszczona w fantastycznym świecie pełnym magii, lochów i groteskowych demonów.

Hunted: The Demon's Forge to produkcja zrealizowana przez legendę branży, Briana Fargo (twórca The Bard's Tale). Pod jego kierownictwem pracowali entuzjaści, którzy postawili sobie za cel stworzenie wciągającej gry w dobrym starym stylu. Grając w Hunted gracze wcielają się w wojownika Caddoca lub łuczniczkę E’larę. Ten pierwszy to typowy osiłek dzierżący w dłoni wielki miecz, jego towarzyszka zaś jest stworzeniem delikatniejszym preferującym walkę z dystansu. Oboje jednak mogą korzystać z magii, oboje też mają alternatywną broń - Caddoc używa małej kuszy a E’lara dwóch krótkich mieczy.

Hunted główny nacisk stawia na walkę z wieloma przeciwnikami (wkomponowując w to system chowania się za przeszkodami terenowymi), nie zapomina jednak o prostych zagadkach. Całość jest dodatkowo wzbogacona szczyptą RPG, która przejawia się w rosnących statystykach, poprawiających się umiejętnościach zabójczego duetu oraz znajdowanych coraz to potężniejszych narzędziach destrukcji. I choć grę można spokojnie przejść w pojedynkę, to głównym daniem jest kooperacja – dwie osoby wcielają się w obie postacie i razem stawiają czoło fali demonów. Od strony fabularnej Hunted: The Demon’s Forge nie jest arcydziełem fantasy, jednak historia wymyślona przez twórców ma tą zaletę, że została stworzona na potrzeby gry.

Ten pierwszy to typowy osiłek dzierżący w dłoni wielki miecz, jego towarzyszka zaś jest stworzeniem delikatniejszym preferującym walkę z dystansu. Oboje jednak mogą korzystać z magii, oboje też mają alternatywną broń - Caddoc używa małej kuszy a E’lara dwóch krótkich mieczy.

Hunted główny nacisk stawia na walkę z wieloma przeciwnikami (wkomponowując w to system chowania się za przeszkodami terenowymi), nie zapomina jednak o prostych zagadkach. Całość jest dodatkowo wzbogacona szczyptą RPG, która przejawia się w rosnących statystykach, poprawiających się umiejętnościach zabójczego duetu oraz znajdowanych coraz to potężniejszych narzędziach destrukcji. I choć grę można spokojnie przejść w pojedynkę, to głównym daniem jest kooperacja – dwie osoby wcielają się w obie postacie i razem stawiają czoło fali demonów. Od strony fabularnej Hunted: The Demon’s Forge nie jest arcydziełem fantasy, jednak historia wymyślona przez twórców ma tą zaletę, że została stworzona na potrzeby gry.

Hunted: The Demon's Forge działa na Unreal Engine 3, co pozwala łączyć atrakcyjną oprawę graficzną z rozsądnymi wymaganiami sprzętowymi.
